Dx2 White Fragging Xbox On And Off

Ok so what you are saying is this ...

The xbox motherboard was fragging unchipped ( stock ) and then you fitted a duox2 chips and it frags also.

So the problem is not LPC related and something is wrong with the motherboard and it doesn't work at all.

Normally if people are having trouble with a chip install i tell them to get the motherboard working first ( stock ) and then try adding the chip.

In this case i guess you should remove the chip and look / test for any faults depending on your skills you may need to take it to a pro as there is so many things that could be wrong with the motherboard it's not funny.

Burn't trace , Blown cap , etc etc etc

Avery common cause of FRAG on the V1 is the MCPX. If its hot quickly when booted its had it which will mean a new mobo.
If the TSOP is corrupt it can cause FRAG but if a chip does not bypass the problem then you have a more serious problem with the mobo

I always ask myself "is it worth it" when receiving a dead box.
The Xbox is pretty cheap nowadays, so I'd rather recommend buying a new box instead of using an entire day on fixing somone elses problem.

So, "is it worth it" ?

but my worked because my bios on my Xbox is working, his isn't. Right now  I'm going to flash the chip and reinstall it into the other Xbox and see what happens.
