It would appear that the bios flash went wrong. Doesw the box still boot ok with the chip disabled? what was the bios you flashed to the chip.
The lED on the chip should be flashing red thats normal.
Providing you only flashed one bank you can switch to the other bank and re-flash the bad bank by flicking the switch on the chip once the good bank has booted.
a little more detail would help.

Yes i would grab another version of the bios just to be sure.
You will need Eurasia to flash using bank 0. Boot up on bank 0 and stcik in the eurasia disc, before inserting the bios disc flick the switch to bank 1 so the flash will go to the bad bank.

get a more up to date bios

It might work okay - I've noticed some issues.

I'd still recommend M8, M8+ or 4981

You could always use craxtion to take apart HackDaBox's reflash disc or something to get a good source for a known working bios.
