Problems With V1.0 And Duox2 (white) Mod

If the led on the chip never goes active check ground, power, or BT. If the LED on the chip is active and you find yourself in MS mode check D0.

Use a multimeter on VOLTS DC. Black probe on pin 2 Ground and Red probe on pin 9 ( 3.3v ). If you dont get close to 3.3 volts then you have a problem !

what about the BT point?  is that soldered correctly?

You can check if the D0 is correct by simply running it to ground. the box should fRAG as the chip LED is not lit.
The problem would seem to be on the LPC. As stated Pin 9 should have 3V3
Its is likley if you used a pinheader that you did damage to the lPC removing the solder in the holes as its a V1
