1. yes. any x2 bios's that are 512k. (do not use an x3 bios)

2. yes, having a 1.6 bios on a 1.0 mobo can wear it out.

3. i recomend x2 5032. dont use 5035, it has a bug where some xbox's dont show the big X. it wont keep your box from working, but its annoying.

use the hackdabox reflash if its the duox2 blue and put the 5032 bios on

I ahve never known anyone ask so many questions about a chip. As stated before in your first (I Think) post about this chip. the blue DuoX 2 comes with a hacked X2 bios on bank 0 and does not need re-flashing. You do not need to mess with bank 1 leave the switch on bank 0. the 1.6 bios on bank 1 will do no harm to your chip if you are not using that bank.
