Just installed my Brand new Duox2 and its fragging in my xbox V1.0 and 1.6. All connections are good. What could be problem? Gonna try Alt bt connection on my v1.0 and see what happens. Anyone evere had this happen.. Also it doesnt frag with modchip out.

As far as the lpc rebuild goes, I know its good because i had aladdin xt on my 1.6 with lpc rebuild, and its worked with no problems, so i thought maybe no good with aladdin rebuild, thats why i tried on my 1.0 mobo also, both frag with duox2 installed, aladdin xt ok..

Quite clearly a connection problem with the female socket as pushing at the switch end creates pressurre on the LPC end. faulty components do not get cured by pushing on them, faulty connections however do.
To the original poster
Your BT is not the problem nor is your D0 as the chip is enabling (All be it with FRAG as the outcome). If the box FRAGs the problem is the LPC or no bios on the chip. No bios is highly unlikely. Is the led flashing on the chip? If its not the chip has no power.
If the Aladdin chip works ok in both boxes then assume you have a faulty chip which if its not the female header or the bank switch you will have to swap the duo to prove it.
I must be lucky because in more than 400 Duo chips (All types) not one faulty yet.

Well know I moved the chip to see if not getting good contact, and now its not fragging while chip is in place. But now Im getting xbox requires service with no number error. What could be causing this? I have an unlocked hdd..Any help would be nice. Thanks

The chips bios is now not booting and the error is because of the unlocked HDD with stock bios. You need to temp ground Xbox D0 and connect BT on the chip to pin 9 (point G) and report what happens here.

Chancer, so you are saying disconnect the do and ground it from chip do point to ground, and connect the bt point to g on chip. Let me know if thats what you are saying..Thanks

yes thats what I am saying.
this is for testing purposes only. It makes the xbox always boot the LPC (Modchip) and the chip always on.
If the box FRAGs when connected like this then the LPC connections are to blame or there is no bios on the chip.
If it boots the normal M$ bios then the Lframe/D0 point is to blame.
The wires can be returned to normal once the chip is up and running

Whats up with lframe/do? Im using alt do point, shoul i try the other do point?

With D0 grounded it forces boot from the LPC providing the D0 connection is making good contact. As you are getting the mormal M$ bios then the soldering of the D0 is at fault. It should not make any difference which point you use . Can you post a pic of the point you are using?

Well I put the wires back, and now chip is fragging again.

Doh I just re-read what you wrote. Sorry thats not what I meant you have to ground Xbox D0 not chip D0. However don't worry about it because your D0 is working if the chip is fragging and it also suggests the BT is working. The rED led should also be flashing on the chip.
Try post a picture of the LPC connections because that is where the problems most likely are.
