I decided to undo almost all of the rebuild wires to get a better look at the LPC.
I'm assuming the problem lies somewhere in there because there is video/audio when booting with the chip enabled.
At first I thought I might have damaged the MCPX chip because one of the sources of the broken trace lies directly beneath the chip. It's not damaged because there is video with the chip off, right?
Anyway, here's a pic of the LPC on the bottom the mobo.
As you can see on the top portion of the picture, I chose not to repair the trace directly to the source between the LPC pins because it was harder to solder into.
Instead I followed the trace a bit farther and chose a spot to the right of the LPC.
Is this OK?

I'll redo the LPC once again and see if this has remedied the problem.
