What service error/ What method were you using to put the evoxdash on the chip? Does the red LED flash on the chip when powering it disabled (by the eject button)?

Sorry I did mean evoxdash on the HDD. What has happened is the original dash files are corrupt hence the error 13.
To fix it you have to re-boot with the chip enabled and the autoinstaller disc in the drive and rebuild the complete dash from the disc. I ma not familiar with the auto installer you have but Slayers 2.6 has the latest dash files on it and the option to be able to correct this.
The alternative is to boot from an evox boot disk and FTP in a working copy of the C drive.

Are you sure the chip is enabling? That would be a reason why the boot disc will not run

can't be off the chip enables and the RED LED flashes on the chip.

The eject button flashes green and red.

It should not be doing this at boot. It may do it once it gets to the error screen. but this suggests you have a hardware problem

I know you can hook in a PC DVd drive temporarily but I am not sure if a CD drive would work. I never tried it to be honest.

Your Hard Drive needs to be locked in order to boot with the chip Off. With the Chip on you should get blue"X" and go into Evox Dashboad and with the chip off you should get a green "X" and then the original MS Dash.

It's working now. I just reinstalled Slayers and bingo.

The eject LED does not flash. It goes from green to red then orange. It seems to
change color depending on witch app I'm in.... maybe just coincidence.

Any one know anything about this???

John
