OK. So when you boot using the power button does it say xecuter under the x logo ? if yes then the chip is working and it must be a problem with your boot disc.

Try burning it onto a DVD-R if you can as i have had better success with them over CDRW. Are you making an xbox iso before burning using Qwix or similar ?

No you can't use ftp with MS DASH you must get Evox Dashboard working first.

Depending where you obtained the Dash files make sure to change evoxdash.xbe to default.xbe before you make the Xiso. It has to be named default to boot off the disc.

tongue.gif  you can try a pot tweak i did on mine so it could read the cdrw, some say pot tweaking can mess them up i havent noticed anything so far, but you never know do it at your own rick

Try DVD-R it should fix your trouble. If it still doesn't work then it's not the pot as there are 2 pots one for the DVD laser and one for the CD laser.

You shouldn't have pogo pins if you have a duox2....  regardless...  if the chip is booting the bios, dont touch it. ITS WORKING, YOU'RE NOT
