Duox2 Chip Install
« on: March 04, 2005, 12:48:00 AM »

Read the thing on the duochip.com website.  The white one will need to be flashed to be able to play backups and stuff.

Yes if you solder it in you will have flashbios boot with the chip enabled.  But as i have said you need to flash it with a hacked bios to do the stuff a "modded" xbox can do

I don't know if you read the other threads on this but on a 1.6 and using bank 1 on the duo (Flashbios 3.03) it can take up to 30 reboots to get the flash screen to show. This is a quirk of the bios when used with the 1.6 and many people think the install has not worked.
Bank 0 can be flashed by using Eurasia but not with just a Bios disc.
