Duo X 2 Cromwell Scrambled Video

I'm trying to get a new white DUOX2 to work in a 1.6.  I got it all installed but it was just booting to a black screen.  I installed the chip into my 1.0, but when it boots I just get scrambled video.  It does it on both banks, and I have no idea why.  Any ideas?

EDIT:
I have 2 of these chips and they both do the same thing.  Can I flash it blind?

Got it working.  I forgot cromwell doesn't work with component video cables.  I used the network flash and did it blind.  Worked like a charm.
