I bought an Xbox just a couple of days ago and I got the x-lite chip with the solderless adapter, I mean the new one, specifically designed for it.
Well, I installed it, all the 5 lights came on on the adapter. I installed the chip with the small wire that connects it to the adapter. I turned the first switch on the adapter's pcb off and also the 2 dip switches on the chip itself.
When I try to boot the xbox it won't load anything. I put the switches on the controller at the end of the cable on the recovery mode and i still have the original dash.
BTW, no lights come on the controller. The chip doesn't have any light on, only the 5 on the adapter's pcb.
Please help, I ran out of ideas...
