First make sure the chip is working right.  Wen you turn the box on you should be able to go into the bios of the xchip.  If this works the chip is fine.  

Now, you need to create a boot disc with evox on it.  To set up a temporary FTP Server.  Put the boot disc in on turn on the box.  You should load up evox.  Now you can FTP the new dash (evox) to the xbox and the edited evox.ini file.  Then take the disc out and it should always boot to evox.
