try flashing it agian using a different bios is the only thing that i can think of.

When you say you loaded raw did you just follow the instructions for reloaded the original that was included with the chip or did you load raw AND another "special" bios for the chip?  I fragged mine once doing the wrong kind of write.  I then did the load raw and writie and it was back to normal THEN I reloaded a couple select bioses.
