just boot the xbox bios. if your using the 1.3 bios then press start when the chip boots on. then select the xbox bios from the list.

You also, must have your harddrive locked and use the same harddrive you register for box live with all the time if you want to use live.

just a side not you CANNOT run apps on a m$ signed code bios.

schussey: You must use original purchased games on DVD media( no backups ), as for customer service, means your harddriev not locked, just press start when yoiu power up system to get into evox menu and goto tools and lock harddrive.  Then you will be able to boot normal M$ dash after pressing eject to power up.

schussey: Also, if you ever want to play backups or play games off harddrive ( cause faster access for some games ) you can conenct through your pc and play many LAN available games through http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/
