Please help me...
I messed up my friends xbox and I don't know what to do.
So here is the problem. Everything is working fine... he has a 1.4 xbox with Aladdin chip perfectly installed , evox M8 FC bios and Evox latest dashboard on a fully working samsung 120 gigs HD with everything installed.
I decided to upgrade the bios to M8+ and so I used Autoinstaller Deluxe 1.1 to flash the bios with a 256k M8+ bios. It did all it had to do and now I just can't get to boot through Mod-Chip... The led flashes and it wont start...
 I can boot with m$ dash tho.
What did I do wrong?
Please...I really need help...

*I have a 1.6 xbox with 120 gigs drive, evox dash and evox m8+ 1.6 bios on an aladdin advance xt modchip*

I was thinking.... as the ftp doesn't works with his xbox... Can I swap his Harddisk in my xbox and try to softmod it and then put it in his xbox back again and try to boot evox and flash the bios again?

I'd really appreciate your help...
