X-chip Master Install Guide Released !
« on: November 08, 2004, 07:37:00 AM »

Hmmm....I see alot of the same images repeated over and over ( the xbox with usb connector at back ) Waste of space.

Nothing new to 1.6 install other then showing alternative D0/LFRAME.

Almost 40-50% images seem to be stock images form xbox-scene and others without credits.

Where is teh troubleshooting section you had mentioned in other posts?????

Is product name XCHIP or X-Chip???

Geez christineyoung, you seem to whinge a lot, havent seen you post a informative thread in any of the forums to do with the x-chip on any pages ive been to.
Hey what a great way to give ppl ideas of where to have there usb connector (PICTURES), it is really needed considering the amount of ppl ive seen in the forums not know where they can put the usb adaptor and deciding not to leave it connected to the xbox at all, then realising they might like to update there bios at some stage, altho now we have EvoX X-CHIP BIOS v1.3 we can always use the bios update from within the 1.3 bios. And Repeated pictures NO WAY! you cant get enuff pictures in a manual to help describe what point you are making.
Good release Cpoc.
christineyoung : did you mean form xbox-scene or from xbox-scene and is it teh or the troubleshooting, talk about being critical.

If I were you, I'd pay minimal attention to anything christineyoung posted, since 99% consists of him bitching.

The guide is well constructed and "beginner friendly."  I wasn't even expecting it to cover that much material. Good Job.

Release it !!
You can update it later, cos it would be so handy for a new user to be able to have the trouble shooter on there computer and save searching forums for the answer they are looking for.
Then if they cant find it on there they may have a better idea of what there problem is and how to explain it on the forums.

For the features of the Evox bios just read the manual.pdf that is included with the bios release. It explains what every feature of the BIOS/OS does.

I agree, release any information you have now. Every little bit can help, and you can always update it later. The people will appreciate it.
