The chip can be disabled by booting the onboard "original bios", you do not need to remove your chip.

besides the fact that the xecuter has a cooler name than xchip , I have seen no major advantages between the two. Personally I like the xchip because its exclusive bios is updated frequently by evox. and it has more memory on board. I installed mine with only one problem (i couldn't get the xbox case to fit back correctly) other than that everything worked great but only because i did alot of reading prior to recieving my chip.  I have a friend that bought the xecuter and ran into many problems, and i couldnt help him because some procedures are different from installing the xchip and installing xecuter, anyways good luck modding

Soapm: In all content, the overnight shipping does occur when item is shipped, shipped day before, but can take 48 hours to process order.............

pface:  Let me guess the DVD drive or harddrive did not want to fit back in, they are sometimes a bi-at-ch to get in, best moethod, hold directly above and come down straight and use your hands flex it till it pops into the screw hold studs.
