Evox Dash Problem

If you're connecting the Xbox directly to your PC, you'll need a Cross-Over cable. If you have a Hub or Switch, you can connect to the Xbox through the Switch.

Hope this helps.

danno.

PS. You can connect to the Xbox via FTP using internet explorer. Just enter ftp://xbox:[email protected] in the address field. The x's have to be replaced with the rest of the IP Address.

yes there is a difference , a cross over cable is used to connect a pc directly to another pc using 2 nics in one pc this would be the same thing with the xbox ... crossover cables are used to connect 2 pc's to share internet , files etc... without a router , hub , switch etc... you can find them on the net as cheap as 2 dollars
