I have the Evox 1.1 bios, and in the bios banks menu i set the onboard to boot as default.

That works fine here, and if i want to execute the Evox 1.1 bios then i just push and hold the small button on the adapter while booting.

You have to enter the setup, and change the setting for onboard bios so that it is no longer default. Otherwise it will boot onboard again the next time you power on the xbox.

exactly what I want to do. just by curiosity, what version is your xbox?

I suspect that the fact I have a 1.0 xbox has something to do with the problems I have had.
