If you just installed evolutionx you will not have hddloader on xbox.
I and many others woudl suggest installing slayers autoinstall 2.5 or 2.6 easiest setup for newbies and includes most needed utilities.
As well you coudl FTP into your xbox and upload HDDLoader to your xbox then edit your dashboard.ini and add option for HDDLoader.
