Evox is a dashboard, so no. x-control is for flashing bios's to the x-chip. to install evox flash a bios that allows unsigned code (eg the m8 bios) and get the slayers installer and burn that to a disk. load the disk with your new bios, and follow the slayers readme for the full instructions
