X-chip Problem

Hey wassup,

I recently bought and xchip bundle and installed to in replacement of my old chameleon. I flashed on 2 M8 bios (512k each) and the normal MS bios (1024k). i put the new adapler and replaced ther rivits acording to the xchip solder less adapter guild found Here. Then i pluged in my x chip and it only loaded the MS flubber and logo then said error 5. I know what error 5 is but the hardrive is un - locked but my friend said it makes no difference.When i plug back in my old chameleon it still works. i don't understand whats wrong? I double cheaked the adapter to see if everything was plugged in and it seemed to be. could some on help me?

what is your boot bank contents??? you can see it using xcontrol
