After Installing The Xchip - Help
« on: August 08, 2004, 10:26:00 AM »

Hmmm....did you reconnect all cables: Yellow cable, and IDE cable on DVD drive?

Yes, if you press Eject it will default to Xbox Bios during power up.  This will disable it so you can play on xbox live, etc with original games.   You can chnage teh button in X-Control Software.

You will still need to load  a bios to play backup games in one of the banks or grab the Evox 1.0 file from #xbins on IRC.

Eject button by default will boot the xbox bios disabling modchip if you wish to use xbox live.  You can change this to any button upon boot.

The eject button still works and will eject tray
