Lets start off......

There first big mistake, taking orders before product ready.
So you have comsumers who ordered in December 2003, it is nor July 2004, 7 montsh or orders.....gosh i think teh back drop of the 1st orders will be shipped 1st, and people in between when they catch up.

Secondly, they did not charge any cards until last week sometime, and starting shipping out Credit card orders.  Before that for 4 weeks they where shipping only out money orders cause they had no credit card account ( face it, if they had credit card issues woudl had been solved quickly, without account takes time to setup and get a merchant account opened for a business )

thirdly, i do not think mods order, i beleive all mods receive samples for free prior to public being sent orders to spice up product with reviews.


Forthly, the X-Chip only 7 months on block, how long has X3 been advertised and promised, way longer.....only difference is X3 never took pre-orders....eb2k did.....with pre-orders every time ETA changed people complain, but realize any date posted is estimate time of arrival doe snot mean thatdate you will receive.  

Look as XENIUM OS 2, 3  months of complaining and they showed us an incomplete, bug ridden OS2, which they claimed was 100% ready from the beginnning.  they playe dthe wording game and said a few days, but never gave real dates.

I've owned a xchip for approximatly 4 weeks now, thank god i only purchased through money order and not credit card, I do honestly feel guilty that i received my chip prior to people who pre-ordered with credit cards, but its the luck of the draw.

I also, sence something fishy as well, there tech support knows nothing about product, I learned more through trial and error.

If you do research on easybuy you will find alot of bad pre-deleivery issues.  namely charging before shipping then say non-in stock.  But always delivered.  they even use to give out fake tracking numbers to buy them weeks delays, but they always came through and product delivered.

They always come back stating we are trying to resolve and make things better, but there customer service is well....just SUCKS!

As for the X-Chip I am overwhelmed with it, but almost everything on this chip, as mentioned about was self-taught trial-and-error, no real tech support from them.

Once you do recieve the chip though, you'll be happy.

I got my chip in like 3 days. No flaws, everything was included and working.

My order did ship yesterday so hopefully i'll be getting it soon.  I don't know how long it takes for a package to come from canada to the US, but i'm guying 3-6 days.  That is unless customs thinks it's a bomb or something.

I ordered my chip in Feb, not a thing yet.

Will easybuy email me when its shipped? or shall i have to keep checking their website?

All back orders have been shipped and we are up to date.

If your order was placed before May 8 2004 then you must confirm that you still want it. Please send a email to [email protected] WITH your order number and state that you want the product charged/shipped.

We have already received the first list of customers that want their product shipped. We are working on this and as of tomorrow we will ship all of these orders.

We have sent out emails to ALL customers on orders before May 8 2004 for confirmation.

If you have not received this email is because either the email address is no longer valid or you have some spam filters enabled.
