when easybuy stopped selling the chameleon they announced that they were going to be making the chameleon 2. that chip appeared to be cheaply priced. why are these chips priced so high. if you decided to make a new product instead i would have figured it would be priced near the same, i think the advertised price was $39, and this one is $60. that sucks! are you going to offer great bulk discounts as you did with the chameleon?

It was only $39 if you pre-ordered it.

For example if you pre-ordered the Chameleon 2 for $39.00, then you will be shipped a X-Chip instead, when it's released.

But if you were to buy it now, the yes you'll have to pay the current price.

overnight shipping that is free to North American residents. I noticed that on their site on the page that shows the X-CHIP. I'm just hoping that I'll only get charged $59 rather than the $22 shipping...that their site offers for free for NA residents.

Is this right, for those that bought from them?

I would get the one with the adapter.

Yes the Chameleon 2 IS the X-Chip. Only the name changed.
