Ok I've been modding xboxs for quite some time now and have never seen such a poorly designed mod chip.  plain and simple this chip don't work out of the box, it's impossible to do a pin header install on a 1.5 mobo its next to impossible to flash the bios and the install guides are of poor quality and don't show enough detail.

Steer well clear of this mod chip or you will be very disappointed.

Flashing the bios is simple, just connect the components of the chip together (after breaking off the tab thing), and connect it by usb to the pc, and use the xbit software.

The install guides are fairly good too, but only really for the pogopin (solderless) install. But thats what this chip was designed for. When it first came out, it was the only pogopin chip, and many people praised it. But, if you're running a 1.6 box, or don't plan to use the pogopins, theres faaaar better chips.
