Your xbit is empty, you need to flash it with bios (im yet to do this, i just got mine too) I'll tell ya what one i used and if its good. All I want to do is play backed up games too...

I reccomend X2_4983_06.. and I go a question to... lol... Im having trouble with the X-bit 1.5 software... she aint connecting... I can connect and flash with the 1.0... but it has bugs and is plainly unstable.. at least on my machine...

Hey guys! Don't try to use flash software v1.5 with Xbit v1.0! That combination won't work.

The new software is for Xbit v1.5 only. Yeah, the DMS guys don't tell that on the download page, but it is said on their news page.
