Xbit Disable
« on: December 19, 2003, 10:22:00 AM »

I've got my xboit installed but don't have the Stealth mode option added, just the basic chip on board.

Can i play xboxlive like this, and in order to disable the chip will the dipswtiches be set to - off, off, off, off?

thanks, and sorry for the inconvienance.

No, I believe all you have to do is toggle switch #4.  The first three switches choose the bank and the fourth switch enables and disables.

As long as your MS Dashboard is properly named and your HDD is locked it should work fine.

All you need is an FTP program.  Just select the file and then select "rename" (usually through right-clicking).  That's all you have to do.
