Make an ISO with SimpleXISO and EvoX.  Add a larg dummy file to it or it might not read the CD RW.

Ok i used nero V6. Used a dummy file about 50mb. The dummy file can be any big file on you computer all it does is help the pick xbox drive boot the default xbe. Finally burn to a memorex 4x cdrw. Works about 95% of the time.
