However, if you are just trying to get to the ms dash to check gamesave and stuff like that, browse the HDD (C:\ partition) through Avalaunch and launch the xboxdash.xbe.  That will launch the MS dash for you.  ( I think  uhh.gif )

If you are wanting it to be a "stock" xbox with a larger HDD try the following...
  With the chip in... 1st make sure you still have ALL of the MS files still in the C:\ partition.  Next, make sure the HDD is locked.  
Now remove the chip and turn it on...

thank you very much for your help,i messsed it all up but used slayers installer to rebuild msdash thanks again
