neo_303_101,

what is your error message.  If it is unknown bios then that is simple the problem is that when you read it will not know the name of the bios so just simply flash the bios onto your matrix/chameleon.  Please use xp.exe that is the better of the two programs.  Also I am thinking that windows 2000 has issues with both programs have gotten them to work after trouble shooting irqs with other devices in windows 2000 becuase the sound and the printer port shared an irq and that will disable the xp.exe from working.  Finly had to remove the sound card to flash the chip and then put sound card back into the computer.  Guess plug and pray stricks again.

the error I am getting is when I try to flash the chip xp comes up and says "Unknown Flash" the sound card is onboard so removing it is not an option..
