What mode is your chip in and what bios did you flash to it with the cd??


And since your lpc holes are filled in - are you sure that all of the points have direct contact ??

You shouldnt need to remove the solder from the points you need to make sure that the mod chip is securely tightened down adn that the d0 point is aligned correctly.
