Chameleon Blinks Green-red After Faling Bios Flash

the topic says all. right now i cant do anything, because i dont have a external flasher and i think i nothing will help without it.

is the flasher for the chameleon and the matrix the same?
does anybody have one for sale and is willing to ship to germany?
