Cromwell 2.27 Is Trying To Detect Linuxboot.cfg

I havw a Chameleon flashed with the cromwell 2.27 bios and when i put my dvd in with LINUXBIO.BIN on it, it dosn't flash it just sits there and says "Loading linuxboot.cfg from CDROM...". I've flashed Chameleons before and never had this problem. Can some body tell me whats wrong and how to fix it. Also on the cd are evox, i didn't want to make a seperate cd to use the ftp server could this be the problem?
