ok somehow the bios i flashed didnt wanan work right... anyway so i take the chip out... it boots the normal ms dash (this is normal)
anyway i have a matrix flash thing (the little thing where you hook up to the back of you PC on the printer port) anyway i flashed it with the latest xecter and i put it in my xbox and still loads to ms dash whats wrong?!?

on my C drive, XBMC is suposed to be my defqault dash.. but it wont load (evoxdash.xbe) and the xecuter thing dosnt show up under the Xbox Logo... it says MS. and my chameleon chip dosnt flash blue in my xbox, but it flashes when i hook it up to the bac of my pc

anyone? i dont wanna get a nother mod chip..  do those xploits work? like if i did one of those can i run my apps mod chip free??? i knwo nothing about them

Flash the TSOP, its not all that hard to do, just follow the tutorials, you just need a memory card and Mechassult, 007, or splintercell to do it.

If you completely botched a TSOP flash, you would need a modchip to boot the box.

It sounds like your D0 point isn't making contact. When it does, you'll see the Blue LED on the chip. Is this a pogo install or is it on a pinheader?
