I'm a little tired so please clarify for me

You now have his old 1.5v motherboard instead of the 1.3 you had originally

If so, you havent managed to get any chips working on this 1.5 ?

I'd make sure you havent forgotten the D0 on the 1.5 as this still needs to be cleaned/varnish removed or soldered to the underside of the board if not using the solderless adapter

Anyhow it 1:20 am here so i'm gonna go to bed shortly

If you are in the UK, you could send me the chip as I have a programmer and at least I could check it over for you and see if it stillhas its flashes intact

I had the exact same thing happen to me.Turned out when i was swapping chips,i mustv'e loosened the d0 wire,I resoldered it and then all back to normal again.

Just a thought, but did you try settings dip switches on the Chameleon
to diff banks to see if it will boot from another bank.
Not sure how it would loose a flash just from moving it from one box to another,
but worth a try to see if all banks are dead.
