Thats a bad flash.  Hopefully you only did the first bank and not the whole thing.  Change the jumpers to select a different bank and try again.  You only get 4 tries.

You need a programmer to flash over it. With the cd method, you are overwriting your cromwell bios each time you flash, thus giving you 1 try on each bank.
