"it starts to frag green, green, green/red while powering off and on" : that means you have a bad bios or no bios on your chip and shows your D0 is OK. What you have to do now is flash your chip with workable bios, I will recommend use Xecuter2 bios (because if it successfully flashed onto your chip, it will shows "Excuter2" text on the bottom of XBOX logo when you boot up your XBox). You can flash your chip by using Programmer or hot swapped. There are tutorials in the fourm can help you out. Hope this help. good luck.

I think I have found that my chip is bad because I was trying to load a BIOS on it no luck.  I then gave it to a friend and he tried to load it no luck.  I tried slayer 2.5 no luck.  Thanks for your reply.  It confirmed what I thought.  Was it a bad moved to solder the pogo pin header in place? I figured thie would stop the miss aligning from happening.   My friend thought that might have been the problem.  All too often it seems that there are miss aligning problems.
