Can Matrix Be Flashed W/o Programmer?

can a matrix be flashed with an xecuter bios with out a programmer..i dont know much of these chips. and can i just pop in a slayer 2.5 install disc and flash it with the bios thats available..

Not if the Matrix is blank to start with.

If you already have it installed in your box with a bios on it,
then you could flash it from the Evolution X dash.
