Matrix Not Working

Well, the easiest way to tell is if the Matrix is in test mode and it blinks green.  But then again, it won't stay in place without the washer.  If you already have it set to a certain mode, it's not gonna blink red because...it's not in test mode.

The 3x boot thing is because the D0 point is connected right, but the LPT connections are not connected. I had to solder up the LPT holes on my v1.1 Xbox mobo before I could even get it to work >_>
