Error 13 is a dashboard lunch problem. You have a new HD but it's not ready for the Xbox

To solve the problem use Slayer 2.5 Install cd.. it will rebuilt the HD with all you need and should solve your problem. It may take a long time to rebuilt the HD.. be patient

be sure to read the readme of slayer before

it will format and create new partition, install dashboard and apps you will need

Thanks everyone... it is working, only issue now is i am having trouble connecting to it from FTP.  I have another modded xbox here and can connect to it quite easily... this one will let me connect but will say port failed or will not retrieve file list.  I also can't d/l or u/l to it.  I can on the other one.  I checked the settings and they are both identical except the IP of course.  Any help on this would be great.
