I can't find the LE/S P@E wires or bridge connectors!

Actually I do see where the P@E wires are, but they are both yellow, where as the instruction sheet told me to located the P and E wire and they were both already soldered of connected onto the chip. Also one was RED and one was YELLOW. Now all I see is two yellow wires and I can't find the bridge connectors to connect them at all.

Did I miss something during shipment or what?

I already have my chip installed and flashed and working I just need to do this to play online so I can disable my chip.
