You can boot DVD games in every region and have an option that will boot an Xbox Live game (switches off Chameleon, turns to TSOP and reboots).
I find it useful cause I bound it to the "Launch DVD" command of my UnleashX. So when I select to Launch a DVD XBGuardian pops up

It's really really simple but I personally find it useful 
Now for ChamFlash
It's just a Chameleon skinned EvoX that only haves options for flashing the Chameleon. Useful if you don't use EvoX as a dashboard
