I ordered a chameleon from them not knowing about the break up. it was suppose to be in stock 12/12 but was delayed 12/16. i kind of regret it, but i'll wait to see if they are going to send me working chips in an exceptional time. if i don't get anything, i will just shoot them with my automatic rifles. if the service does come out to be good, then i will buy thier game boy advance 512 mb flasher thing.

I did notice that every place has the chameleon out of stock till january, but i really hope i get my chip from them. i honestly dont care if it's fake. as long as it works identically to the real one. I don't want to go back to jail, so please don't let me kill you.

Veru good point. To evryone thinking of ordering from EB2K, think again. If you just want to give cash away, give it to me, Ill sell you a fake chip too.  

I have dealt with them only once.  I preordered the first Chameleon chips. And guess what.. It was bad. It also took me 8 weeks to get my money back from them. One time fo getting f**cked around is enough for me.

At this time, EB2K is an official sponsor.  X-S does not and has never put out any bad publicity for EB2K.  If the members share their bad experiences, it's really a separate issue altogether.  JD doesn't have to support them in this forum and neither does anyone else.  In fact, nobody has to support Xodus chips (even "legal" ones with blue LEDs) in this forum either.  Participation is by choice.  JD is not an X-S representative, so his decision is not a reflection on X-S staff.  I don't see how X-S is giving any kind of contradiction.

I agree with you about X-S supporting EB2K, but JD is not X-S.

My opinion:  I would call it a "fake" no sooner than I would call a cheapmod a "fake".  However, I would also hesitate to call it an Xodus product.  How each person reacts to the branding of a chip is up to them.

well since you are NOT selling an official xodus product then those chips are fake regardless of the chameleon logo or the fact that you were the only manufacturer of those chips. xodus does not work with you anymore and i am sure will not support the chips you are manufacturing. most people in this forum like the fact that they are supporting team-xodus which is a major player to the xbox hacking development not some half ass company who decided to cut xodus out of the loop/profit.

But if Xodus willingly gave the designs to EB2K and they are making them from said designs, you really can't call it a fake.  I'd call it a 3rd-party Chameleon.
