Will you be replacing all the bad chips you have sent out?? If not I dont see why ppl should trust your company.

why is that? I thought you would be shipping by order date...

if i have been waiting 3 weeks, who care if its overnight or not.

We have never scammed anybody.

We admit that sometimes we have shipped late but that was maninly due to stock issues, running out of stock and having to wait till more stock arrived or manufacture issues etc....

When we do have stock we have always shipped our products in a timely fashion.

As for defect chips.

If you bought the chips from us then just fill in a RMA form and we will exchange it for a new tested chip. (please state the reason why you are returning it to us)

If you have a Chameleon based on Cromwell 1.8 and don't have access to a Matrix programmer or a older Xbox send it back to us and we will re-program it for free and ship it back to you for free.

Overnights are shipped first due to the extra cost in shipping.
Also it is a different shipping department that handles overnights.

Don't worry everybody will have their chips sent out in the next couple of days.

Talk about a pinata... EB2K comes in here every few weeks and gets beat up.  You tell us they have new chips and then drop off the face of the earth leave alot of newbies without support.

No it is not a waste of time.

We are doing are best now to test every chip and ship ASAP.

So far this first batch we received has all been tested and now shipping department is getting as many out the door as they can today.

We have enough stock for all back orders and new orders as well.

And what about the fact that all the ppl that got dysfunctional chips have to PAY to ship them back to you?? I think that true customer service would also refund the cost to ship YOUR problem back to you. It was EB2k that made the mistake and put tons of bad chips out there. They should take responsability and pay for the return shipping and express the returns back to customers!!! That is how you begin to turn your image around with the community.
