Upgrading Bios/dash, Which Ones Do You Suggest

You could update to X2 4977, that is a proven performer.
Evox dash 3921 is fine too as far as I know. You have no
need to add LBA48 support to your bios, as you only have a
80gb drive. hope that helps.
