ok, just a little clarification
step 4, you MUST put the chip (via the dips) into mode 1 bank 3 not boot into bank 3 via software...
also if you frag when doing step 5...you prolly have a corrupt evox_tsop_flash flashed to bank 3....get a new copy from the *usual* places
I will assume a15 is connected correctly, if when booting into any other bios, it boots fine, but if you try to boot evoxTSOP, it fraggs...bank 3 is not properly flashed!
also for shits and giggles I flashed evox_d6 to bank 3, instead of evoxTSOPflash, and I dont know if it is because mt TSOP is already flashed, but I was able to *reflash* TSOP booting to bank 3 with D6 flashed to it...
if *everything* is correct as per good BIOS on your chameleon, dips set right and all, a15 connected good....I would look back to your motherboard bridges...
also, a15 on the *older MB's* with the solderless connector....just a point here...the corner of the solderless connector, that D0 comes off of, well, the tip of the corner is perfectly over a15...if you just fill the a15 hole with a dob of solder (just a pin head amount to fill *JUST* the hole), it will raise it enough, that all you need to do is *CAREFULLY* align the end of your a15 wire under the solderless connector (***making sure NOT to short anything out***) and tighten down the solderless connector...you dont need it hardwired in anyhow, as your going to remove the chip anyhow
