Really Need A Hand On This One......

Guys, I have a 1.1 Xbox. Moved the Matrix around and started getting the power on 2 times, then staying powered on the third time. Now I have removed the Matrix and the Xbox still reboots itself. It does with with all the peripherals removed as well. I cant see any trace problems at all. Why won't it power on, ANY help will be appreciated!!
