i have a working 1.3 cham on a 1.1 xbox, can i transfer it to a 1.5???

you can flash it with Evox M7 or another v1.all bios and swap it yes

(you can boot a vham 1.3 freshly on a v1.5) only the LE chips work on a fresh install
