Like I said and I will say still....

I am ready to answer publicly to any allegation from Xodus team .

What JoeDante or anybody else thinks its not of our concern...
So you can droll all you.. and if you decide not to buy from us "moistness"... hey its a free country right?

Ah I think this basiclly qualifies as a "we don't care what you (customers) think" line. That sums up their/his business practices.

Thank you for showing your true colors... and I guess I will be one of many who decide never to buy another ripped of chip from EasyRIPOFF2000.

So your public image is of no concern to you? Thats just sad.!

I run my own business(totally non xbox related) and if someone publicly made false allogations about my business then i would be very eager to set the record straight as quickly as possible! since you are so reluctant to do so i can only ASSUME that the allogations, if only in greater part, are true!

Yes it is of of our concern (public image) but not to the point that someone can hold us hostage over it.

 I repeat.

We are ready to answer any alegation from Xodus Team directly.

Innuendo is not important for us.

What the F#$@ are you waiting for??? An invitation?

A Question For Eb2k
« Reply #21 on: December 03, 2003, 09:45:00 AM »

Hi All,

Allow me to play devil's advocate here...

EB2K states that they will only respond to XODUS' accusation.

JonDante claims to have had an interview with XODUS and states the following in a thread he created earlier:  "But my interview with Xodus was refreshing, and they granted me permission to share this arduous story/adventure with you folks here."

Lepper claims that all this is true - but then later recants by stating that he has nothing against EB2K and asks for *their* side of the story.

Jon, since you have permission from XODUS, please publish the full interview for all to see.  This should be sufficient enough of an accusation from XODUS and not *heresay* as was published in your thread.

Lepper, if you claim the above to be true - is this a matter of opinion or do you have proof?

TEAM XODUS, and any folks familiar with Patent laws, would it not be possible to patent your products?  Especially the blue PCB (or would that fall under copyright since it is a *printed* circuit board?)?  How the heck are customers suppose to know the difference between one manufactured by you and/or EB2K since they will both be exact identicals?

Disclosure:  I am not affiliated with any of the above parties - Am just merely a member who is interested in this story.  And excellent design by the way on the Chameleon chip.

Best Regards to all...

A Question For Eb2k
« Reply #23 on: December 03, 2003, 09:58:00 AM »

I just saw this post after I have sent mine...

However, this is rather odd:

XODUS says "1) The fact that our personal stock WAS limited by eb2k. ( we are now officialy out of stock and eb2k is still selling them ??) "

Does this mean that they were/are still using EB2K with the blue Chameleons?  And if so - this does not support the "hijacking" of the design since XODUS is still having them manufacture the chips (LE-blue ones).

Best Regards...

I think I can speak for most xbox-scene members when I say thank you to TeamXodus for creating two exceptional pieces of technology.

Likewise, thank you to JonDante for making this disturbing allegation public.

If we've done nothing else here but place the notion of caution into the minds of potiential customers of Eb2k, then we have suceeded.

This forum is about sharing thoughts  and helping the "scene".  I think we've acomplished just that.

i think what that means is eb2k has cut xodus out of the loop in terms of manufacturing the chips. how could they be selling something that xodus is out of stock? easy, eb2k is making them.
